The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Kindly ensure you arrive by 3:30 pm to accommodate parking and find your seat without delay.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow those who are addressed on the invitation. Your invitation will read "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding intimate to celebrate with close friends and family. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Although we adore your little ones, we have decided to have an adults-only (18+) wedding with the exception of those associated with the wedding party. We ask that you use this evening to relax and celebrate with us. We appreciate you making the necessary arrangements ahead of time so you may do so.

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in formal attire. The ceremony will take place outdoors in a grassy area, so please take this into account when choosing your attire for the evening. No jeans or white attire please!

The ceremony and reception will take place at The Mulberry in New Smyrna Beach, FL which is an approximately forty minute drive from Ormond Beach, FL where both the bride and groom's families reside. Therefore, we are recommending that our out of town guests planning to spend the weekend with us reserve accommodations closer to Ormond Beach, FL.

We will have a catered hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour. Dinner will be buffet style, with menu items that include beef, chicken, and vegetarian options. Dessert will include cake and an on-site ice cream truck. We hope you enjoy the menu we selected!

We will be providing beer, wine, seltzers, and two signature cocktails served by two bartenders at the bar on site. While tips are not required, they are greatly appreciated by our staff.

Yes, there will be on-site parking made obvious by appropriate signage and staff on site. However, we strongly recommend the use of ride share apps for those planning to enjoy our open bar.

Florida's weather can be very unpredictable at times. We are praying for perfect weather, however, we are prepared for any weather changes that may occur on our special day. We ask that you do the same by coming prepared for weather ranging from a low of fifty degrees to a high of eighty degrees.

All of the beautiful bridesmaids will be dressed in light blue. All of the handsome groomsmen will be dressed in grey suits with light blue accessories. We respectfully ask that these color schemes be reserved for the wedding party's attire.
