Despite the challenge of Rebecca being a college student at the University of Florida, situated two hours away from their mutual hometown, Ormond Beach, FL, they navigated the distance through frequent trips to visit each other.

After Rebecca's graduation a few months later, she made the move back to Ormond Beach, FL. It was there that Joseph and Rebecca started building their lives together, surrounded by the familiar comforts of their mutual hometown.

Today, the couple happily resides in Ormond Beach, FL, sharing their home with two beloved dogs, Nala and Finn.
